Washington Metro Real Estate Investors Association (“WMREIA”) provides networking and education for real estate investors in the greater Washington DC Metro Area. Our general meeting is every fourth Saturday and we also sponsor full day workshops on a variety of topics relating to real estate investing including wholesaling, rehabbing, short sales, foreclosures, buy and hold rental properties and much more.
