Washington Metro Real Estate Investors Association (“WMREIA”) provides networking and education for real estate investors in the greater Washington DC Metro Area. Our general meeting is every fourth Saturday and we also sponsor full day workshops on a variety of topics relating to real estate investing including wholesaling, rehabbing, short sales, foreclosures, buy and hold rental properties and much more. Our vendors such as real estate mentoring services, mortgage brokers, title companies, appraisers, real estate CPA’s, Hard Money Lenders, attorneys, building contractors, foreclosure data providers and others offer great products and services!

Mark is an Attorney, Certified Public Accountant and Entrepreneur. He has owned numerous businesses since high school, through college and even as a professional. Currently, Mark’s principal career is as a partner in the law firm Kyler, Kohler & Ostermiller, LLP, and the accounting and tax-planning firm Kohler & Eyre, CPAs, LLP. Mark specializes in the areas of business- estate and tax-planning and even further, in regard to real estate asset-protection and tax planning. He personally owns several commercial real estate projects and loves the people, transactions and everything to do with real estate.
